We acknowledge that we live and work on the traditional lands of Indigenous peoples, whose relationships to land, language, and community continue today. We recognize the many Nations across Turtle Island who have stewarded these territories since time immemorial, and note that digital tools—like those we use—are not equitably accessible across all communities.
We especially honour Deaf and Hard of Hearing Indigenous peoples and the revitalization of Indigenous sign languages, which carry deep cultural and spiritual significance. We remain committed to accessibility, equity, and honouring diverse ways of knowing and communicating.
